Planned gifts are a meaningful way to give because they will help ensure the future of Equest Center for Therapeutic Riding for generations to come, while providing you or your estate with significant tax benefits. We suggest that you talk to your financial advisor, attorney or accountant about ways to make a planned gift and to determine which option might be best for you.
Gifts of Appreciated Stock
When you make a gift of appreciated stock your gift amount is the current market value of that stock (as determined by IRS rules), and you avoid capital gains tax when the stock is transferred directly to Equest Center.
